 1 pound Ground beef
4 Eggs
1/2 pound Ground pork
1/4 cup Parsley -- chopped
1/2 pound Ground veal
Oregano -- dried (dash)
1 cup Onions -- chopped
1 teaspoon Salt
1 Garlic clove -- minced
1/2 teaspoon Pepper -- black
Grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup Oil
1 cup Bread crumbs

MEAT BALLS: Combine all ingredients and mix well. Make 1" balls and fry
on medium heat until lightly browned. Place meatballs into simmering sauce.
