CABBAGE - CASSEROLE |
| INGREDIENTS (Serves 4-5) |
| 1 lb ground beef 1 medium onion 1 clove garlic, minced 1 tsp salt 15 oz tomato sauce 1/8 tsp cinnamon 1/8 tsp ground cloves ¼ tsp thyme ¼ tsp basil 4 cups cabbage, shredded |
| PROCEDURE (1) Brown the ground
beef in a large skillet with the onions and garlic, drain off the fat. |
